70 mm and 80 mm COMPACT line pistons, series MCE and MCS

MORIS Italia is proudly announcing the new line of COMPACT pistons, specifically for Lifting Platforms, with rod diameters of 70 and80 mm, in two different versions. The related technical datasheet is already in the Technical Catalogue pages in MORIS website.

1)      the version MCE (which stands fom MORIS Compact Evolution) has the rupture valve almost entirely integrated in the cylinder. This is to reduce the overall dimensions as much as possible.

2)      the version MCS (which stands fom MORIS Compact Standard) has the rupture valve in the standard position, which is on the side of the cylinder.

The main differences with the standard elevator pistons can be summarized as follows:

1)      the MCE and MCS Compact pistons are much reduced in size , with respect to 9130 classic pistons. For example, a classic70 mmpiston has the head diameter of140 mmand a cylinder junction diameter of133 mm; the70 mmMCE diameter of the head and junction area is98 mm. The same size reduction stands for the80 mmMCE piston: from 150 and133 mm(head and junction of classic piston) down to 110 and113 mm

2)      the maximum piston stroke of these COMPACT series is6500 mm(which will result in a total car travel – including extratravel – of13000 mm).
